I perform all actions and activities related to the establishment of a company or sole proprietorship in Bosnia and Herzegovina; changes of authorized representatives; increase or decrease of share capital; change of registered office address; establishment of a branch office, change of its address or authorized representative; alignment of the company’s activities with the Decision on Classification of Activities of BiH 2010; deletion or addition of business activities, and more.

Transfer, sale, or assignment of company shares

I prepare and align internal acts in accordance with the employer's needs and within the framework of legal regulations (such as the statute, work regulations, disciplinary responsibility rules, code of ethics, etc.).

I provide legal representation services in company liquidation proceedings (drafting necessary company resolutions, obtaining documentation from competent authorities, submitting the petition for liquidation, and representation before the court).

Legal opinions, compliance checks with legal regulations, and the drafting of commercial contracts for companies and other legal entities engaged in business activities, as well as for sole proprietors and other individuals who carry out registered economic activities. These contracts are concluded between such parties in the course of their business operations or in connection with those activities.
